ELEGANT LUXE CO RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Elegant Luxe Co, we strive to provide high-quality fashion pieces and exceptional customer service. Before placing your order, please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or store credit.
Please review our size chart, product descriptions, and this policy carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing or a product, please contact us before making your purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly offer size exchanges only if your item does not fit and the requested size is available.
If the item you purchased is not available in a larger or alternate size, please email support@elegantluxeco.com for further review. Any exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Elegant Luxe Co.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must:
* Be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
* Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Be free of perfume, smoke, body odor, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or any other odors or marks.
* Be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.
Any item returned with odors, stains, signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for an approved exchange.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Elegant Luxe Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen return packages.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
* Sale and Clearance Items
* Promotional or Discounted Items
* Bodysuits
* Swimwear
* Undergarments
* Accessories
* Gift Cards
* Any item marked Final Sale
* All purchases made at Elegant Luxe Co pop-up shops, vendor events, markets, or any in-person event
Please inspect your items carefully before completing your purchase at any pop-up shop or event, as all in-person sales are final.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Elegant Luxe Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Elegant Luxe Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please email support@elegantluxeco.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
